Our check-in is possible from 15:00 so that you can arrive relaxed. On the day of your departure, we ask you to vacate your room by 10:00 am so that we can prepare it for our next guests. If you would like to arrive earlier or check out later, please contact us in advance.

The breakfast buffet is available from 8:00 to 10:00.

You can pay online with Visa or MasterCard. Advance payments for reservations are charged at the time of confirmation. Reservations without prepayment can be paid at check-out with Visa, MasterCard or cash.

For bookings of 1-2 rooms:
– Free of charge: Cancellation up to 1 day before arrival (noon)
– 90% of the accommodation costs: In the event of late cancellation or no-show

For bookings of 3-6 rooms:
– Free of charge: Cancellation up to 14 days before arrival
– 60% of the accommodation costs: Cancellation up to 13-8 days before arrival
– 90% of the accommodation costs: Cancellation up to 7 days before arrival or no-show

For bookings of 7 rooms or more:
– Free of charge: Cancellation up to 28 days before arrival
– 60% of the accommodation costs: For cancellations up to 27-11 days before arrival
– 90% of the accommodation costs: Cancellations up to 10 days before arrival or no-show

No refunds in the event of cancellation

When booking at the SAVE rate, you benefit from attractive discounts compared to the standard rate. Payment is made upon reservation. Please note that no refunds are possible in the event of cancellation.

Our restaurant is open daily:

• 8:00 to 10:00 a.m., breakfast
• 17:00 to 21:00, dinner

Outside of these times, we are happy to help you on request.
